About

Embodiment is my mission. Presence is my practice.

Again and again, I return to the body as a place of solace, through working with the bodies of others and through listening to my own. Bodywork not only liberates physical structures, but opens the door to mental, emotional, and spiritual liberation. Touch has been a foundational language in my life since childhood, shaping a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. With backgrounds in dance, nei gong, and a multitude of athletics, I work with subtle internal rhythms and the body’s natural capacity to reorganize and restore balance.

I am currently completing my doctorate in Classical Chinese Medicine at NUNM in Portland, OR, which greatly informs all of my work through the understanding of yin yang harmony, channel theory, a Heart-centered approach, and a whole-person, whole cosmology understanding.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Portland, OR, offering both whole-body pelvic floor work and integrative bodywork. I blend modalities including shiatsu, Biodynamic Craniosacral, tuina, Visceral Manipulation, and Swedish deep tissue work to promote freedom of movement in the bodymind. My approach is rooted in presence and a deep reverence that healing emerges when the body feels safe and sincerely listened to.
